I’m a professor of finance and economics at the University of Business and Technology. I teach corporate finance, M&A, venture capital, IPOs, forecasting, market analysis and industry analysis.
My research focuses on banking, ESG, governance and the way risk changes financial decisions. I enjoy working with data, asking difficult questions and turning the results into something students, researchers and practitioners can use.
